The new development of polypropylene technology

综述了聚丙烯工艺的主要发展方向:反应器共混、合金技术及专用料改性研究和新一代催化剂开发,找出了茂名石油化工公司在专用料生产和开发方面存在的差距,提出了引进新催化剂和技术的可行性、立足于高性能化专用树脂生产的建议。

This paper reviewed the main technical progresses of polypropylene process, involving the blending in reactor, preparation of polymer alloy, modification of speciality and development of a new generation catalyst. By comparison with the international leading companies in this field, the existing technical shortage of Maoming Petrochemical Company in the production and development of the speciality was discussed. A suggestion for feasibly importing novel catalyst system and technology was presented on the purpose of facilitating the production of the speciality resins with diverse high performance.
