摘要
轴承工厂采用的成形车刀结构有多种。本文以整体式高速钢成形车刀为例,分别用解析计算法和查表法进行结构设计和截形设计。实践表明,查表法简单易行。附图7幅,表2个。
Many designs of formed turning tool are used in bearing factories. In this paper, taking the solid type formed turning tool made of high speed steel as an example, analysis calculation method & look-up tabular data method are used to design structure & section profile of the tool . Practice shows that the latter method is simple and easy .
