介绍了齐鲁石油化工股份有限公司氯碱厂对MDC-55型电解槽进行的节能技术攻关,并通过一系列的试验得出以下结论:优化隔膜配方,降低隔膜压降;更新(修复)阳极,避免电耗升高;缩小阴阳极距,降低电槽电压。
The energy saving techniques of MDC-55 electrolyzer at the Chlor-Alkali Plant of Qilu Petrochemical Industry Co.,Ltd. are introduced.The following results are obtained by a series of tests:for instance,the formula of the diaphragm is optimized to decrease the diaphram voltage drop,the anode is renovated to avoid higher electrical consumption,the gap is decreased to reduce the electrolyzer voltage.
