摘要
通过对氯气液化过程的分析,提出了液氯生产的节能方法:降低泵前氯气系统的阻力,提高氯泵的抽气能力;选择适宜的氯泵出口压力,使氯泵压缩气体效率处于最佳状态;改进氯气压力的调节方法,降低动能消耗;提高氯气液化压力;提高氯气液化纯度。采取上述措施后,广西柳州东风化工有限责任公司在生产液氯时,电耗(包括氯氢处理电耗)由原来的250kW·h t下降到190kW·h t。
The energy saving methods in the production of liquid chlorine are suggested through analyzing the liquefying process.Decreasing the resistance in the chlorine gas system before the pump will increase the sucking capacity of the Cl2 pump,selecting suitable discharge pressure of the Cl2 pump achieve the optimum gas compressibility,improving the regulating method of Cl2 pressure will reduce the consumption of the kinetic energy,and raising the liquefaction pressure and improving liquefied Cl2 purity will save energy too.Through these methods,the total electric consumption including that of chlorine and hydrogen treatment is reduced from 250 kW·h/t to 190 kW·h/t in the production of liquid Cl2 in Guangxi liuzhou Dongfeng Chemical Co.,Ltd.
