体位对正常成人上呼吸道形态的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的 :了解体位改变对正常成人上呼吸道形态的影响。方法 :无呼吸睡眠病史的正常成年人 30人 ,均为男性。以纤维内窥镜观察平静呼吸状态下 30°屈颈平卧位、平卧位和侧卧位时上呼吸道各平面形态的变化并照相 ,利用图像分析软件测量各情况下上呼吸道各平面的横截面积、前后径、左右径 ,比较不同卧位下的差别。结果 :软腭后区上呼吸道横截面积和前后径的测量值在 3种卧位间比较存在显著差异 ,软腭后区左右径、舌后区横截面积、左右径和前后径在 3种卧位间比较无明显差异。结论 :体位的改变对软腭后区上呼吸道形态的影响是特定体位时OSAS加重的基础。 Objective:To explore the effects of body posture on upper airway shapes in normal adults and OSAS patients. Methods:Thirty male normal adults were included in the study. The fibre endoscopic photos were taken on palate and lingua region upper airway at normal breath at supine with 30 degree neck flexion, supine without pillow and right lateral recumbent position, restively. The cross section area and the dimensions of palate and lingua region upper airway were studied by running image tools software in computer. Results:In normal adults, there were obviously difference in the area and occipitofrontal dimension of palate airway among three posture, and there were no difference in other measuring results.Conclusion:The study suggest that the body posture changes have obviously influence on upper airway, and the influence is the base of apnea increasing at special posture.
