摘要
本文介绍了抚顺石油化工研究院开发的渣油悬浮床加氢裂化工艺及催化剂 ,采用该催化剂加氢处理常、减压渣油 ,单程通过得到馏分油 (<5 0 0℃ )的收率达到 70 %以上。并在 2 0 0ml小型装置上进行了 5 0 0h连续运转。采用尾油循环和其它组合工艺 。
Residue oil slurry bed hydrocracking process and catalysts, developed by Fushun Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemicals (FRIPP), were described. When hydrocracking atmospheric and vacuum residue over the catalysts, one pass total yield of the distillates(<500℃)of 70% was obtained. 500 hours of continuous test run was accomplished in a 200ml plant. Higher residue conversion could be obtained by using tail oil recirculation and other integrated processes.
