摘要
用BET、XRD、XPS、M ssbauer以及乙苯脱氢反应等手段详细考察了添加ZnO对Fe K系催化剂性能的影响。实验结果表明 ,ZnO的引入加强了主催化剂Fe2 O3和助催化剂K2 O间的相互作用 ,使稳定晶相KFe11O17的形成温度降低了 5 0℃以上 ,从而有利于提高样品的耐水性能和机械强度。同时 ,ZnO的加入进一步促进了Fe3+/Fe2 +电子对之间的转化 ,使样品的脱氢温度降低 6~13℃ ,脱氢活性和选择性亦得到提高。
Influence of incorporation of ZnO on properties of Fe K ethylbenzene dehydrogenation catalyst was studied in detail by means of BET, XRD, XPS, Mssbauer and ethylbenzene dehydrogenation reaction. Addition of ZnO to Fe K system strengthens the interaction between Fe 2O 3 and K 2O, lowers the formation temperature of KFe 11 O 17 at least by 50℃, and increases the stability and mechanical strength of the samples. Besides, incorporation of ZnO promotes the transformation of Fe 3+ /Fe 2+ , lowers dehydrogenation temperature by 6-13 ℃, and increases the activity and selectivity of Fe K catalyst.
