稀土助剂RE-Ⅱ的工业应用

Commercial appication of RE-Ⅱ rare-earth CO combustion promoter

将多功能稀土助剂RE Ⅱ在中油股份克拉玛依石化分公司的两套FCC装置上进行了工业应用。结果表明 ,与使用常规铂CO助燃剂比 ,该助剂具有更好的助燃效果及稳定性 ,且能显著降低再生烟气中氮氧化物 (NOx)的浓度 ,能够与主催化剂很好的匹配 ,提高总有价值产品收率。

A multi functional rare earth promoter RE Ⅱ was used on two FCC units in PetroChina Karamay Petrochemical Co., Ltd. Operation results showed that, compared with traditional platimum CO combustion promoter, RE Ⅱ has better combustion promoting effect and stability. It can remarkably reduce NOx concentration in regenerated flue gas and enhance overall yield of desired pruducts.
