摘要
采用自制均匀分散的 (1.5Y ,4Ce) -ZrO2 微粉 ,通过适当工艺和 92Al2 O3复合 ,提高了92Al2 O3陶瓷的韧性和强度。最后采用X -射线衍射分析、扫描电镜分析研究了该样品的机械性能与烧成制度、相组成及微观结构的关系。结果表明 :92Al2 O3陶瓷性能的提高归因于ZrO2 的应力诱导相变增韧 ,并且当 (1.5Y ,4Ce) -ZrO2 微粉的加入量为 2 0 % (质量分数 )时 ,试样在 15 5 0℃烧成时 ,材料的抗弯强度。
Fracture toughness and bending strength of 92Al 2O 3 ceramics were improved by adding in (1.5Y,4Ce)-ZrO 2 powder.The mechanical properties of the mentioned ceramics with different phase compositions and microstructures and different sintering conditions were studied by X ray,SEM,TEM.The results show that mechanical properties of 92Al 2O 3 ceramics are improved by the stress-induced-phase-transformation of ZrO 2,and the bending strength,fracture toughness and hardness of 92Al 2O 3 ceramics are also greatly improved by adding in 20wt%(1 5Y,4Ce)-ZrO 2 micropowder
