摘要
对氨冷冻及贮存工艺过程进行分析 ,提出将透平式氨压缩机低压缸和 5 0 0 0t氨顶部用一条管线连接起来 ,以达到减少透平式氨压缩机所作无用功的同时 ,停用电动氨压缩机系统 ,节约电动氨压缩机系统的水、电、气消耗的和维护费用、减少氨罐成品氨放空量的设想。对氨罐的理论蒸发量及所需新管线的管径进行了计算。对新管线投用的操作方法和安全性做了说明 ,对节能效果进行了评估。
This article makes an analysis for the process of am-monia refrigeration and storage. It suggests to connect the low - pressure cylinder of turbo-compressor with the top of SOOOt ammonia storage tank by a pipe so as to reduce the useless work generated by the turbo ammonia compress and to stop the electrical ammonia compressor system. As a result, consumption of water, electricyty and steam for the electrical ammonia compressor system will be reduced, in addition, maintenance cost and ammonia discharge from the ammonia storage tank will be also reduced. This article also calculates the theoretic evaporation capacity of ammonia storage tank and the pipe diameter required by the new connecting pipe. It also describes the operating method and safety of new pipe. It evaluates the energy - saving effect.
