摘要
目的 :研究健神利水 号对脑出血急性期患者超氧化物歧化酶及血液流变性的影响。方法 :15 0例脑出血急性期患者随机分 3组 :A组应用健神利水 号治疗 ,B组应用醒脑消肿胶囊治疗 ,C组用甘露醇治疗 ,观察各组治疗前后血液流变性和超氧化物歧化酶的变化。结果 :A、B 2组血液流变学主要指标均有改善 ,A、B、C3组血清超氧化物歧化酶含量均提高 ,以 A组明显。结论 :健神利水 号能显著改善脑出血急性期患者血液流变性和提高超氧化物歧化酶含量的作用 ,明显优于醒脑消肿胶囊和甘露醇。
Objective:To study influence of Jianshen Lishui Ⅰ(健神利水Ⅰ号) on hemorrheology and superoxide dismutase (SOD) for acute stage of cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:One hundred and fifty cases with acute stage of cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into three groups:group A,B,and C.Group A was treated with Jianshen Lishui Ⅰ,group B with Xingnao Xiaozhong capsule(醒脑消肿胶囊) and group C with mannitol.The changes of hemorrheology and SOD were observed before and after treatment in three groups.Results:The main indexes of hemorrheology were improved in group A and group B.The contents of SOD were increased in all the groups and it was more obvious in group A.Conclusions:Jianshen Lishui Ⅰ can obviously improve hemorrheology and increase the content of SOD,and it's function is superior to those of Xingnao Xiaozhong capsule and mannitol.
