摘要
目的 :观察天红通脉口服液对实验性缺血性中风的治疗作用。方法 :通过插线法制作大鼠局灶性脑缺血模型 ,观察天红通脉口服液对模型动物的存活率、行为体征、体重增长、脑梗死面积和脑指数的影响。结果 :天红通脉口服液能提高模型大鼠的存活率 ,改善模型动物行为体征的异常 ,减少小脑缺血面积 ,降低脑缺血大鼠脑指数。结论 :天红通脉口服液对永久性局灶性脑缺血大鼠有良好的治疗作用。
Objective:To observe the effect of Tianhong Tongmai oral liquor(天红通脉口服液) on acute ischemic stroke rat.Methods:Acute ischemic stroke model was established in rats by the method of intraluminal suture occlusion of the middle cerebral artery (MCA).The survival rate,neurological index,ischemic area and the index of the brain of the rats were observed.Results:Tianhong Tongmai oral liquor could significantly increase the survival rate,improve neurological index,reduce ischemic area,alleviate brain edema.Conclusions:Tianhong Tongmai oral liquor possesses satisfactory effect in treating acute ischemic stroke rat.
