64例儿童下肢畸形应用矫形器的疗效分析

An analysis on the effect of applying orthosis to 64 children with disability of lower limb

目的 :对 6 4例有下肢畸形的患儿采用矫形器的矫治效果进行评价和分析。方法 :以足印图为主 ,参考步态观察、测量参数、姿势控制以及患儿和家长的主诉。结果 :6 4例患儿中显效 2 4例 ,有效 38例 ,无效 2例 ,总有效率97%。结论 :用矫形器来矫正儿童下肢畸形属于连续式矫正 ,经过长期坚持穿戴并结合训练后 ,有一定疗效 ,特别对 6岁以下儿童效果明显。此外 ,通过足印图的变化 ,可观察到患儿下肢畸形的矫正过程并能定性及相对定量评价 。

Objective: To analyze and assess the effect of applying orthosis to 64 children with disability of the lower limb. Method: To use the podogram of the patients mainly and to observe the gait feature, the ability of posture control and chief complaint. Result:24 cases improved obviously, 38 cases were fair and 2 cases not effective. The total efficiency rate was 97%. Conclusion: To correct disabled lower limb of children by use of orthosis is continuous work. It is possible for most of children, especially below six years old. To correct and improve disabled lower limb to a certain degree by wearing the orthosis for a long period and combining with train. In addition, according to the change of podogram of the children, the process of correcting disabled lower limb can be observed and assessed qualitatively and relatively quantitatively. The principle of revising the orthosis can be obtained and the effect of orthosis can be raised.
