摘要
西北电力西电东送工程预计将在“十五”期间开始实施 ,送电规模规划目标为 10 0 0 0 MW左右。西北电力外送是全国西电东送整体布局及北部通道的重要组成部分 ,有利于实现更大范围内的资源优化配置 ,有利于东部电力结构的战略性调整和生态环境改善 ,有利于促进西部大开发战略在西北地区的尽早实施 ,经济效益和社会效益显著。
It is expected the project of power transmission from northwest to east will be implemented in the 10th 5-year plan period and about 10000 MW is planned for WE power transmission. This project is an important part of the overall WE power transmission program of the country. It is favorable for broader realization of resources optimal configuration, strategic adjustment of the east power composition and improvement of ecological environment, and early implementation of the Master Program of West Development in Northwest China. It will result in tremendous economic and social benefits.
