摘要
三峡水电站水轮发电机组单机容量 70 0 MW,蜗壳进口、压力钢管内径 12 40 0 mm,管壁厚 δ=6 0 mm,材质为 NK- HITEN6 10 U2 ,强度高、刚度大 ,凑合节瓦片块数少、长。蜗壳外围混凝土浇筑采用蜗壳保温保压浇筑 ,蜗壳进口凑合节安装是在预留的二期混凝土坑内进行 ,上下游管节已浇入混凝土 ,安装压缝难度大。现针对这种特点进行分析探讨。
The Three Gorges hydropower station has a unit capacity up to 700MW. The spiral case inlet and penstock, with an inner diameter of 12 400 mm and a thickness of 60 mm, are made of NK-HITEN610U 2 with high strength and rigidity and long and less number of adjuster segments. The wrapping concrete is placed with spiral case under heat and pressure conditions and adjuster installation is carried out in the reserved pit for stage 2 concrete. As the u/s and d/s sections have been embedded in concrete, installation is difficult. Consequently, the design and installation of steel pipe adjuster have its own features. I hope the analysis and discussion might provide reference for hydropower metal works technical personnel.
