摘要
随着电力系统自动化程度的提高 ,对机组自动化及电网调度又提出了新的目标。为实现机组的远方控制 ,十三陵蓄能电厂远方开机控制由电厂RTU负责收发中调和厂内监控系统相互间的信息传递 ;由 6LCU负责输入、输出中调需要的远方开机信号及监控系统内部的信息传递 ,RTU只与监控系统 6LCU现地控制单元有信号互递 ,实现了“四遥”
With the enhancement of automation degree of power system, new goal is put forward for the automation of generating unit and dispatching of power grid. In order to realize the remote control of generating unit, the remote start up control of Shisanling Pumped storage Power Plant adopts the RTU of the Plant to be responsible for receiving and sending the requirements from central control room and for the information transmission between the supervisory control systems inside the Plant. 6 LCU are responsible for input and output of remote start up signals required by the central control room and the information transmission inside the supervisory control system. RTU only transmits signal with the field control unit of 6 LCU so that it realizes the 'four remote' functions.
