摘要 针对新型球罐用钢 15MnNbR进行了焊接材料试验、焊接裂纹试验和系列温度冲击试验 ,结果表明 :目前市场上两种 15MnNbR钢焊条均可用于该钢的焊接 ;在工程应用中 ,预热温度在 12 5℃以上时一般不会出现冷裂纹 ;焊接线能量对焊缝的低温冲击韧性影响不大。 Tests upon the welding material which used for a new steel (15MnNbR) of spherical tank had been made. It was believed that two kinds of welding material could be used for welding of 15MnNbR.The welding crack test confirmed that the cold crack may not appear when preheat temperature was above 125℃.A series impact test had been made and demonstrated that welding energy was less effect on low temperature impact energy of welding joints. The test results can be used in the manufacture of spherical tank of 15MnNbR steels.
