Ni-Ta-Hf三元系等温截面的研究

摘要 应用三元扩散偶技术测定Ni Ta Hf三元系 14 2 3K的等温截面 ,用电子探针微区成分分析方法对Ni Ta Hf三元扩散偶进行相区成分分析 ,测得Ni Ta Hf三元系 14 2 3K时形成 13个二元中间化合物 (Ni5Hf、Ni7Hf2 、Ni3Hf、Ni7Hf3、Ni1 0 Hf7、Ni1 1 Hf9、NiHf、NiHf2 、Ni8Ta、Ni3Ta、Ni2 Ta、NiTa及NiTa2 ) ,在扩散偶中未发现三元中间化合物。Ni Ta Hf三元系 14 2 3K存在 11个三相区。并与外推计算的等温截面吻合的很好 ,由此确定了Ni Ta Hf三元系 14 2 The isothermal section of Ni Ta Hf ternary system at 1?423 K was determined by means of diffusion triple and Electron Microprobe Analysis (EMPA) and was well coincided with the extrapolated isothermal section of Ni Ta Hf system at 1?423 K. Thirteen intermetallic layers were found at this temperature, corresponding to Ni 5Hf?Ni 7Hf 2?Ni 3Hf?Ni 7Hf 3?Ni 10 Hf 7? Ni 11 Hf 9?NiHf ?NiHf 2?Ni 8Ta?Ni 3Ta?Ni 2Ta?NiTa and NiTa 2 phases, respectively. No ternary compound was observed.
