摘要
研究不确定动态时滞系统具有鲁棒H∞性能的观测器设计方法。该系统具有状态时滞,且不确定性不满足匹配条件。基于LMI方法,给出了无记忆鲁棒镇定控制器存在的充分条件及相应的设计方法。
This paper considers the problem of H∞ control for a class of time-delay systems. The uncertainty can be dissatisfied with so-called matching conditions and we obtain a sufficient condition for the existence of the robust observer by solving the linear matrix inequality (LMI).
