摘要
在有限元分析的基础上,提出了一种阶梯形凸模负间隙精密冲裁方法。其特点是可使精冲工艺在单动压力机上实现,而无需专用三动压力机。这种精冲方法,模具结构简单,易于制造和安装,成本低。用铜、铝、钢等材料对该方法进行了实验验证,得到了剪切断面上100%光亮带的精冲件。
Based on FEM , a new fine blanking process by scalar punch with negative clearance is presented. Its advantage shows the capability of operating at mono-motion press , without using multi-motion press. Such fine blanking process simplifies die structure, easy to make and to install, and also has low cost. After proving experiments of such process by using various materials of copper, aluminum and steel sheets , on the section profile of the fine stamping 100% smooth zone has been obtained.
