摘要
卷板热处理过程中 ,需消耗煤气、氢气和氮气等各种能源介质。建立热处理能源介质消耗模型及能源数据库 ,对各类介质能耗量实时跟踪 ,预测 ;对卷板的排产进行比较、选择 ,以达到减少罩式炉群用能的波动 ,提高煤气、氢气、氮气发生装置的利用率和产气率。
In the heat treatment of steel sheets in coils,some kinds of energies such as gas,hydrogen,and nitrogen are used.In this paper,energy models and energy databases are set up.The models and databases can calculate and forecast energy consumption,and arrange the production plan rationally.As a result,energies output are stabilized and the efficiency of these energies generators are raised.
