摘要
指出了某厂原有铣钻机床在继电器控制系统方面的不足之处 ,通过采用可编程控制对该机床进行改进 ,克服了原有的缺点 ,从而提高了机床的可靠性和控制精度 ,达到了零件的加工精度要求 ,给系统的程序维护和改动带来很大方便。
This paper points out the weakness of the original milling-drilling machine tools using relay control system in a factory. We improved the drilling machine tools by adopting programable control. It overcame the shortcomings and improved the reliability as well as the control accuracy of the machine tool. And it reached the accuracy requirements of processing of parts and brought great convenience to program maintenance and modification.
