我国区域公共品的提供目前呈现出提供不足与过剩并存的现象。造成这一现象的原因是由于我国区域公共品当前是分散提供 ,在分散提供的情况下 ,各提供地区都面临大致相同的需求 ,由于提供能力的不同从而形成不足与过剩。基于上述原因 。

At present,in the providing of regional public goods in our country,it appears that the insufficient providing and surplus providing exist side by side.This is caused by the separately providing system of regional public goods in our country.Under this system,each district faces with an approximate demands,and thus leads to the phase of insufficient and surplus providing because of their different providing power.Based on the above,our country needs to establish a harmonious providing mechanism with the regional public goods.
