摘要
用润湿角测量仪测量了胶粘剂在竹材表面的润湿角,用物理方法(喷砂处理)、化学方法(NaOH,Na_2CO_3处理)处理竹青、竹黄,并测定了用这些竹片压制成的竹胶板的胶合强度。实验中,借助于红外光谱仪分析了处理前后竹青、竹黄表面化学结构的变化。实验结果表明:喷砂处理方法可明显地提高竹青、竹黄的胶合强度。
Contact angles of adhesive on the bamboo wood surface are measured with the contact angle measurement apparatus.The outer part and inner part of the bamboo wood are treated by the physical method(spraying sand)and chemical method.(NaOH, Na_2CO_3 treat),and their's contact angles and the gluing strength of the bamboo-plywood made of those materials are also measured. The than on the bamboo,wood sureface is analysised with IR. The results show that the gluing property of the outer part and inner part of the bamboo,wood can be improved significantly by spraying sand.
