社会资本是近年来人们关注的热点问题,但其研究重点大都局限于局部与微观方面。笔者认为我国最大的 问题不在于微观社会资本,而在于宏观社会资本的严重短缺,而后者最大的问题又在于社会信用的严重不足。

People have paid great attention to the social capital in recent years. But most of them limit it to the microscopic aspect. I think the problem in china is not in microscopic social capital, but in the shortage of macroscopic social capital. The serious problem of the latter is the serious short-age of social credit.
