摘要
隐性教育是引导学生在学校教育性环境中 ,直接体验或潜移默化地获取有益于个体身心健康和个性全面发展的教育性经验的活动方式及过程。在这一过程中 ,教育者适应个体身心条件 ,能动地利用环境影响力引导学习活动的展开。隐性教育具有认知内化、品德养成、素质整合等功能 ,并通过舆论监督、环境暗示、情境陶冶、人际交往和情绪感染等方式实现其功能。
The essay expounds the definition and function of the implicit education, pointing out that it is a process in which the students are guided to imperceptibly acquire the educational experience which benefits their mental and physical health and full development of their personalities. The essay also suggests methods to give a full play of the implicit education.
