图书馆信息化是图书馆不断应用信息技术 ,深入开发和应用文献信息资源的过程 ,是信息技术应用和文献信息资源开发由局部到全局、由内部到外部、由区域到全球不断深化的过程。
The essay expounds the significance of library applying information technology, pointing out it is a process to further develop and use the literature information resources.
