On Improving the Comprehensive Quality of College Teachers of Physical Education

体育教师是高校教师队伍中一个特殊的群体 ,体育教师的工作与其他学科教师相比具有其自身的特殊性 ,应该从政治素质、道德素质和专业素质等方面入手 ,全面提高高校体育教师的综合素质。

Based on the characteristics of the work of Physical Education teachers, the author of this essay suggests improving the overall quality of the teachers in the following aspects: political quality, moral quality and professional quality.
