摘要
通过大熊猫的几种主食竹在不同森林郁闭度,不同森林类型条件下,花期、成熟期、苗期及不同年龄、不同叶序叶绿素含量的测定,结果表明: 1.无论是何种森林类型,叶绿素的含量随森林郁闭度的增加而增加; 2.在相同的生境条件下,叶绿素含量的多少依次是:苗期、成熟期、花期; 3.幼年竹叶绿素含量比老年竹高; 4.壮年叶叶绿素含量比老叶和幼叶高。
Under the different crown closure in the various types of forest, the chlorophyll content of several species of staple food bamboos for Giant panda was determined in the phases of the juvenile seedling, the maturing and the flowering, and also in ditterent ages and orders of fdiage. The results showed: 1. The chlorophyll content increased with the shade density of forest regardless of any forest type. 2. The chlorophyll content decreased in order of the juvenile, the mature and the flowering phases under the same habitat. 3. The chlorophyll content of juvenile bamboo was higher than that of advanced bamboo. 4. The chlorophyll content of mature leaves was higher than that of old and young leaves.
