Preparation of semiconductor CuS nanoparticles and Bi_2S_3 nanorods by microwave irradiation

摘要 在甲醛溶液中 ,以 Cu(Ac) 2 、Bi(NO3) 3和 TAA为源材料 ,通过微波加热合成了 Cu S半导体纳米粒子和 Bi2 S3纳米棒 ,并用 XRD。 CuS nanoparticles of ca. 7 nm in size have been successfully prepared by a very simple fast reaction between copper acetate and thioacetamide (TAA) in a formaldehyde solution using microwave irradiation. Bi 2S 3 nanorods with a diameter of ca. 50 nm and a length of up to ca. 2 μm also have been successfully prepared from a formaldehyde solution of bismuth nitrate and thioacetamide (TAA) by microwave irradiation. Powder X ray diffraction (XRD) patterns indicates that the products are pure orthorhombic Bi 2S 3 phase, Hexagonal phase CuS, respectively. The products were characterized by the techniques of transmission electron microscopy (TEM).
