摘要
本文对竹胶板模板用脲醛树脂胶的生产工艺和配方试验研究做了介绍。试验结果表明:在制胶工艺条件控制较好的前提下,三次缩聚制胶质量优于二次缩聚制胶质量;甲醛和尿素的克分子比以1:1.6为最佳,三次投入的尿素量分别为70%、20%、10%。
This artical presents the productive technology and formulae of urea-formaldehyde resin used in bamboo mould plate. The results showed: under better control condition of technology, the quality by three-time condensation plymerization is superior to that by two-time one; the best gram molecule ratio of formaldehyde to urea is 1:1.6, the amount of urea added by three-time is 70%, 20% and 10% respectively.
