摘要
针对工程中两液压缸的高精度同步问题 ,设计采用一种新型的功能材料——大磁致伸缩材料 ,作为阀的电-机转换元件 ,并利用单片机采集与处理两液压缸的位移反馈信号 ,从而达到高精度同步控制 .通过阀的特性分析 ,结果表明 ,该同步阀能够实现两液压缸的高精度同步控制 ,并具有一定的抗干扰能力 .
Aimed at the problem of high precision sychronism of two hydraulic cylinders in engineering, this design adopted a new function material, a giant magnetostrictive material, which realized the transition from electro\|signal to mechanical signal, and utilized a Singlechip that collected and disposed the displacement feedback signal of two hydraulic cylinders. Consequently the high precision synchronous control could be achieved. The results of the analysis for the valve characteristic show that this valve can realize the high precision synchronous control of two hydraulic cylinders and has the anti\|jamming capacity on a certain extent. Therefore this valve can solve the problem commendably.
