摘要
分析了盟主的角色 ,引入了盟主就是虚拟企业家的概念 ,提出了盟主所承担的五大职能。在此基础上 ,探讨了个人和 /或企业作为盟主的必备条件 ,认为在知识拥有方面具有比较优势的个人或企业更适合作盟主。揭示了虚拟企业知识驾驭资本的委托权结构 。
This paper studies the leadership of agile virtual enterprise(AVE).The paper discusses the roles that leader play,introduces the concept that the leader is the virtual entrepeneur,presents the leader's five functions.Then the paper analyzes the qualifications that are necessary for the organizations or/and people that want to be leaders.It is concluded that leaders should come from those organizations and people that have comparative advantages in knowledge
