摘要
通过对包装机常热式封头结构和封合参数的分析 ,建立薄膜热封过程的数学模型 ,并在Matlab/simulink下建立可实时运行的仿真模型。
In the paper, the mathematics model of the film-sealing course has been set up through analyzing the structure and the parameters of the heated-continually packing machine. And then, the simulation model has been set up under the Matlab/simulink. According to the simulation result, some valuable conclusion and measure have been summarized that can improve the design of heat-sealing device of packing machine.
