Application & Preparation of the Derivative of Alkyl Ketene Dimer Esterificated with Cationic Starch

探讨了烷基烯酮二聚体在有机溶剂中与阳离子淀粉进行酯化反应 ,合成烷基烯酮二聚体淀粉衍生物用作中性 /碱性造纸内施胶剂 ,实验室研究结果表明 :在一定用量范围内 ,烷基烯酮二聚体淀粉衍生物具有和AKD内施胶剂相近的用量 。

The derivative synthesized by alkyl ketene dimer and cationic starch in organic solution and its sizing efficiency at neutral or alkaline papermaking was discussed in this paper. The results shown that the dosage of the derivative of alkyl ketene dimmer and cationic starch was similar to AKD at the same sizing degree, and less sizing curing period required.
