摘要
提出了用无量纲参数和最小二乘拟合曲线法解决铸件—铸型界面热交换参数的通用化,建立了界面热交换参数通用化处理的数学模型。应用上述方法对φ800mm球铁轧辊凝固过程进行模拟计算,取得了较满意的结果。
Abstract
A new method for the generalization of casting/mold interfacial heat transfer parameters has been developed by using the comprehensive method of non-dimensional treatment and minimum quadratic multiplication method and a mathematical model for the generalization of interfacial heat transfer parameters was proposed. The satisfactory result was obtained using the me-thod above-mentioned for the numerical simulation of the solidification of 800 mm S. G. iron cast rolls in a foundry plant.
