稀土复合孕育可锻铸铁快速退火研究

摘要 研究了稀土复合孕育对可锻铸铁白口倾向、铸态组织、初生石墨、第一第二阶段石墨化退火过程、石墨数量形状和分布、基体组织及机械性能的影响。初步探讨了稀土复合孕育剂合金元素的作用机理。结果表明,稀土复合孕育处理可锻铸铁可显著缩短石墨化退火时间。 Abstract In this paper, studies on the effect of the RE composite-inoculations on the chilling tendency, as-cast structure, primary graphite, the first and second-stage graphitizing annealing, quantity and distribution and shape of graphites, the matrix structure and the mechanical properties of the malleable cast iron were carried out. And the mechanism of the effects of alloying elements of the RE composite inoculators on the graphitizing was also discussed. The experimental results showed that the graphitizing annealing time of the malleable cast iron can be significantly reduced by the use of the RE composite inoculators.
