摘要
本研究采用直接铸造法,在铸铁件表面制备出厚度为2~5毫米的高锰复合层。对影响复合层的诸工艺因素作了考查,初步探讨了复合层的金相组织和复合层的形成机理。
Abstract
The high-Mn Composite layers ranging with thickness of 2 ~ 5 mm at the surface of iron casting were obtained using the direct cast process. The technological factors influencing the composite layers were discussed and the metallograph and the formation mechanism of composite layers were also studied.
