湿度对桐油砂、合脂砂性能的影响极大,在高湿条件下存放的试样,其干拉强度大幅度下降,水分子能够渗透过烘干的油膜,在粘结界面处形成弱界面层.在桐油砂、合脂砂中加入树脂防潮增强剂,可以明显地改善其抗湿性.
The humidity had the most pronounced influence on the properties of tung oil and synthetic fat sand. The dry tensile strength of samples stored in high humidity conditions was decreased very much, it was due to penetration of water molecules through the bonding film, forming the weak interface layer, the humidity-resistant agent addition will improve the humidity resistant property of the tung oil and synthetic fat sand.
