加筋复合白口铁的冲击韧性和断裂方式的研究

Study on the Impact Toughness and Fracture Mode of Composite White Cast Iron with Steel Bar Reinforcement

研究了加筋复合白口铁的冲击韧性和断裂方式,结果表明,其a_k值随钢筋体积分数的断加而增加.另外,影响其a_K值的因素还有白口铁的种类、时效处理和断裂方式等.加筋复合铁白口铁的断裂方式有三种.

The impact toughness and fracture mode of composite white cast iron with steel bar reinforcement have been investigated. The results cf experiments showed that the impact toughness of the composite white cast iron was increased with volume fraction of steel bars, the kind of white cast iron, aging treatment and fracture mode had a certain influence on the impact toughness of the composite white cast iron. There are three fracture mode of this composite white cast iron.
