摘要
用溶胶—凝胶法将碳纤维浸入硅酸乙脂溶液中,通过水解和干燥在纤维表面形成抗氧化,耐高温的二氧化硅涂层.实验结果表明,用此法得到的涂层均匀.差热分析及电镜观察表明,涂层为非晶态微孔膜.浸渗实验表明,涂后的碳纤维与镁合金能很好的复合.
This paper deals with the coating on carbon-fibres Sol-Gel method, by which the carbon-fibres are immersed in (C2H5O)4Si solution to form an oxide-resisting and heat-resisting SiO2 coating on the carbon-fibres after the process of hydrolysis and drying. Te experiment results show that an uniform coating could be obtained. The analysis of DAT and observation of electrography show that the coating is an amorphous and microporous film and the coated carbon-fibres could be compounded with Magnesium excellently.
