不同标本大肠埃希菌214株耐药性调查

摘要 目的 调查不同标本大肠埃希菌 (E .coli)的分布及耐药特点。方法 常规方法对临床各种标本进行细菌分离培养 ,采用FORTUNE2 0 0 0微生物鉴定仪进行鉴定和药敏试验。结果  2 14株E .coli中从尿中分离出 96株 (4 4.86 % ) ,占各类标本的首位。尿中与非尿中E .coli的耐药性不同 ,尿中E .coli对复合磺胺、氟哌酸、环丙沙星等的耐药率显著高于其他部位分离者 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而尿中E .coli对呋喃妥因的耐药率明显低于非尿中E .coli(P<0 .0 5 )。在 2 2种抗生素中 ,对 5种以上耐药的菌株有 16 2株。结论 尿中分离的 E .coli对环丙沙星、氟哌酸、氯霉素。 Objective To investigate the distribution and drug-resistance(Dr) of Escherichia coli(E. coli) from various specimens. Methods The bacterium identification and drug sensitivity test had been conducted for isolated by using FORTUNE2000 microorganism detector. Results The E.Coli isolated from urine accounted for 44.86%(96 out of 214) and was at head of varying specimens. The Dr of E. coli in urine was different from that in non-urine. The Dr rates of E. coli in urine to compound sulfonamides,norfloxacin and ciprofloxacin were significantly higher than those separated from other specimens,(P<0.05). The Dr rate of E. coli in urine to furantoin was statistically lower than that in non-urine(P<0.05). In 22 antibiotics, 162 strains E.coli were resistant to over 5 of them.Conclusion The Dr rate of E. coli urinary to ciprofloxacin,norfloxacin, chloramphenicol and compound sulfonamide was far great than those separated from other specimens.
