摘要
根据对磨球失效机理的研究,作者提出将砂型铸造铬钼铜白口铸铁磨球改为金属型铸造,同时进行适当的热处理。结果磨球在运行过程中的破碎率有了明显的下降,耐磨性亦有显著提高。
Abstract
According to the research of faiture mechanism of grinding ball,Author
applied the metal mould instead of sand mould and suitable heat treatment
process to produce grinding ball made of Cr-Mo-Cu white cast iron. The
testing result showed that crushing rate of grinding ball on working has
been deereased obviously. And the wear resistanco has been increased also.
The good economic and social benefits have been obtained.
