经尿道电汽化术治疗膀胱肿瘤(附31例报告)

Report of 31 Cases of Bladder Tumor Treated by Transurethral Electrovaporization

[目的 ]探讨经尿道电汽化术 (TVBt)治疗膀胱肿瘤的疗效。 [方法 ]对 31例膀胱肿瘤患者行 TVBt术 ,其中 8例合并良性前列腺增生症 (BPH)者同时行经尿道前列腺汽化术 (TVP)。[结果 ]31例膀胱肿瘤一次切除。平均手术时间 TVBt为 35分钟 ,TVBt+TVP为 85分钟。全组无输血 ,术中无膀胱穿孔。术后平均留置尿管 72小时 ,31例均随访 6～ 4 2个月 ,复发 3例(9.6 8% )。 [结论 ]TVBt具有操作简便、止血效果好、汽化深度可靠。

To evaluate the curative effect of transurethral electrovaporization in treating bladder neoplasms (TVBt). TVBt was performed in thirty one patiens with bladder tumor, among whom eight cases with benign hyperplasia prostate,transurethral electrovaporization(TVP) was carried out simultaneously for concomitant BPH. The bladder tumor was resected in one stage for 31 cases. The mean operative time was 35 minutes in simple TVBt group, and 85 minutes in the group performing both TVBt and TVP. Intraoperative bladder perforation was not occurred in 31 cases, No patient need blood transfusion for bleeding. The mean duration of an indwelling urethral catheter was 72h.All patients were followed up for six to forty two months, and the recurrence rate was 9.68% within three years after the operation.[Conclusions] TVBt is a simple,effective and safe surgery for the treatment of bladder tumor.
