椎动脉的解剖学研究及其临床意义

Clinical Anatomy of Vertebral Artery and Its Clinical Significance

目的为椎动脉的重建术提供解剖学依据。方法在 2 2具 4 4侧经防腐处理的成人尸体标本上 ,观察椎动脉颅外部各段的走行、分支情况 ,测量各段起点的外径、长度。结果椎动脉第 1段起点的外径左侧为 4 .35± 0 .78mm ,右侧为 3.97± 0 .5 6mm ,长度左侧为 4 0 .1± 5 .8mm ,右侧为 39.6± 9.3;第 2段起点外径左侧为 3.5 6± 0 .6 7mm ,右侧为 3.0 4± 0 .82mm ,长度左侧为 5 9.8± 7.3mm ,右侧为 6 0 .2±6 .9mm ;第 3段起点外径左侧为 3.0 3± 0 .4 8mm ,右侧为 2 .98± 0 .75mm ,长度左侧为 38.7± 2 .5mm ,右侧为 39.2± 3.1mm。

Objective To provide anatomical basis for reconstructing vertebral artery(VA).Methods The courses,branches,outer diameters and length of the extracranial segment of VA were investigated on 44 sides of 22 adult cadaverous speciments.Results The outer diameter at jumping-off point of VA on the left and right side were 4.35±0.78 mm and 3.97±0.56 mm respectively for the first segment; 3.56±0.67 mm and 3.04±0.82mm for the second segment; 3.03±0.48 mm and 2.98±0.75 mm for the thitd segment.The length of VA on the left and right side were 40.1±5.8mm and 39.6±9.3mm respectively for the first segment;59.8±7.3mm and 60.2±6.9mm for the second segment;38.7±2.5mm and 39.2±3.1mm for the third segment.Conclusion The results of measure of the extracranial segment of VA have important reference value to reconstructing VA.
