大鼠尺神经感觉纤维在脊髓胶状质的定位投射──酸性磷酸酶法研究

The Orientational Projections of Sensory Fibers of Ulnar Nerve to the Substantia Gelationsa of the Spinal Cord in Rats──an Acid Phosphatase Technique Study

目的研究大鼠尺神经感觉纤维在脊髓胶状质的定位投射。方法按照跨神经节溃变的原理建立模型 ,采用酸性磷酸酶法观测。结果大鼠尺神经的感觉纤维在脊髓胶状质纵向投射 ,主要到脊髓C6中段至T1中段胶状质 ,其横向投射则均在胶状质中线以内 ,主要位于胶状质内侧半的外侧 1 /2 -3/4区域。结论尺神经投射居内 。

Objective To study the orientational projections of sensory fibres of ulnar nerves to the substantia gelationsa (SG) of the spinal cord in rats.Methods The models with transganglionic degenertion were established and then observed by using acid phospatase technique.Results It was found that the sensory fibres of the ulnar nerves in rats were chiefly projected to SG from the middle part of C 6 to the middle part of T 1 in the spinal cord longitudinally and as to their tramverse projections the fibres were found within the middline of SG,and mainly in the region of the lateral 1/2-3/4 at medial half.Couclusion Ulnar nerves project to the medial and radial nerves to the lateral region of SG.
