106例鼻内窥镜手术的体会

The Endoscopic Sinus Surgery with Reports of 106 Cases on Basic-Level Hospital

目的 :探讨基层医院开展鼻内窥镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎的病例选择及并发症的防治。方法 :选择慢性鼻窦炎全部Ⅰ型 1,2期和Ⅱ型Ⅰ期及部分Ⅱ型 2期病例行鼻内窥镜鼻窦手术 ,并对所发生的并发症进行分析。结果 :选择手术共 10 6例 (192侧 ) ,发生并发症有眼睑血肿 6例、眼睑血肿和气肿 2例、视力下降 1例、中等量出血 3例、泪道损伤 1例、鼻腔粘连 2 6例。并发症发生率 36 .8% ,手术有效率 86 .8%。结论 :在基层医院开展鼻内窥镜手术 ,应严格选择不太复杂的病例 ,同时对并发症进行正确的防治 ,是保证手术成功的重要条件。

Objective: To discuss indication and complication of endoscopic sinus surgery(ESS). Methods:All first and second periods of typeⅠ and first periods of type Ⅱ were chosen; Some type Ⅱ second period cases of chronic sinusitis were treated with ESS.All complications were analyzed.Results:In operation of all 106 cases(192 sides),the complication rate was 36.8% and the total success rate was 86.8%.Conclusion:It was an important condition of the operation success to choose simple ESS patients and to prevent the complications properly on basic level hospital.
