附睾、睾丸精子胞浆内单精子注射治疗无精症的研究

The Study on Percutaneous Epididymas Sperm Aspiration or Testicular Sperm Extraction with Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection for Azoospermia

目的 :评价附睾或睾丸精子抽吸胞浆内单精子注射治疗无精症的疗效。方法 :对 2 6例无精症患者配偶进行超排卵治疗 30个周期 ,获卵当日从患者附睾或睾丸穿刺取精 ,进行胞浆内单精子注射 (ICSI)。结果 :共获卵 32 5个 ,受精 136个 ,受精率为 5 3.1% ,临床妊娠率为 36 .7%。结论 :应用附睾、睾丸精子抽吸进行ICSI,为无精症患者提供生育机会。

Objective:To assess the effectiveness of epididymas sperm aspiration or testicular sperm extraction with intracytoplasmic sperm injection for azoospermia.Methods:26 cases (30 ICSI cycles)of azoospermia males underwent percutaneous epididymas sperm aspiration or testicular sperm extraction. ICSI had been done in all of these patients.Results:The fertilization rate was 53.1%.All their wives had embryos transferred.The pregnancy rate was 36.7%.Conclusion:Infertility caused by azoospermia can be treated with ICSI using aspirated epididymas or extracted testicular sperm.
