高铬铸铁一铸钢双金属轴套的研究 被引量:3

摘要 试验研究了一种高铬铸铁一碳素铸钢双金属轴套,确定了轴套离心铸造的最佳工艺参数.研究结果表明,双金属轴套的力学性能优越,其冲击韧性比单一高铬铸铁轴套提高6~8倍;与原来的合金钢(FM—2)轴套对比,其耐磨料磨损性能提高1倍多. In this paper, the shaft housing using bimetal casting of high-chromium cast iron and cast steel was investigated. The optimum process variables have also been determined. The results showed that the mechanical properties of bimetal composite is excellent, the impact value of bimetal composite is 6~8 times more than that of high-chromium cast iron and the wear resistance is over 1 time more than that of FM-2 alloy steel.
