摘要
探讨了采用悬浮铸造法(用稀土合金作悬浮剂,其中加少量铋)对可锻铸铁(KTH350—10)组织、性能及石墨化退火周期的影响。在试验条件下,可使石墨化退火周期第一阶段缩短50%,第二阶段缩短40%。退火后的石墨由松散的莱花状转变力密集紧凑的团絮状,尺寸减小,分布趋于均匀。机械性能可达到KTH370—12的标准。使铸铁缩孔率下降约33%。
Abstract
The influence of suspension casting using RE alloy containing less Bi addition as suspending agent on the microstructure,properties and graphiti-zation annealing time of KTH 350-10 malleable cast iron was investigated. It is shown that, by suspension casting, the annealing time is obviously shorten, loose graphites in cast iron become compact after annealing, the shape, size and distribution of which are improved , thus the properties of cast iron are increased and can reach the standard of KTH 370-12 . The shrinkage holes in castings decreased by 33%.
